Service status

DM Value is an unofficial fan-made Public Beta. Online play is provided as an Experimental Beta / Test Stage feature. Features may be incomplete, changed, suspended, or removed without notice.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• break applicable law or infringe another person's rights;
• upload, publish, or share material you are not authorized to use;
• harass other users or send abusive, unlawful, or deceptive chat content;
• attack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass access or security controls;
• misrepresent DM Value as an official, approved, endorsed, or affiliated service.

Your content and local assets

You remain responsible for deck posts, chat messages, local images, and other content you provide. You grant DM Value only the limited permission needed to store, display, transmit, and process content for the feature you requested. Local card images are intended to remain in browser storage on your device and are not hosted by DM Value.

Accounts and enforcement

You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping access secure. We may restrict or terminate access, remove user content, close rooms, or suspend features when reasonably necessary for security, service integrity, legal compliance, or rights-holder requests.

Third-party advertising

DM Value may display Google AdSense advertising on ordinary information or lobby pages after Google approves the site. Advertising is not placed in the duel table or beside gameplay controls. Advertisements and linked destinations are supplied by third parties, are not endorsements by DM Value, and may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for deciding whether to visit or interact with an advertisement.

No warranty

DM Value is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, complete rules enforcement, compatibility, data preservation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, access, opportunity, or goodwill arising from use of the beta service.
